1959 Gibson Les Paul

Zach Parise of NYC sent this tired old 1959 Gibson Les Paul in for a restoration, refinish and a refret. This was a very fun job and brought a lot of attention to those that watched the process as they visited the shop. Zach wanted the finish changed but still having a vintage look, so we removed the red and amber burst and gave it a nice tobacco burst. Unfortunately this was just the body and neck so we never had the chance to see the assembled guitar.
